Flank Steak Rub with Mixture of Spices. In this class you will learn how to recognize the different cooking degrees for red meat. I also want to teach how to prepare a potato gratin, green asparagus and a tarragon sauce as well.

The season is at the peak for peaches, let’s take advantage of it and make this wonderful warm dessert.  Roasted Peach with Cinnamon Crumble. Serve with ice cream.
