Paella-Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese-Roasted Tomato Bruschetta
Mixed paella is a free-style combination of meat from land animals, seafood, vegetables, and sometimes beans. Most paella chefs use bomba rice due to it being harder to overcook, but we will use regular rice like Uncle Ben's for this class. Get your paella pan ready!We will also make some phyllo dough cups and put smoked salmon and cream cheese.
