This week we are using the recipe of a Moroccan famous dish, but replacing the chicken with salmon. For this cooking class you will learn how to work with phyllo dough. Pistachio, almonds and peanuts are part of the ingredient list.

Basil Penna Cotta simply delicious! serve with cooked cherries in red wine sauce.  This dessert is perfect for people who don't like they dessert too sweet!
