I will teach you how to treat four different types of mushrooms by cleaning and cooking them to perfection. This dish will become your favorite! If you have never cooked skate wing before, this class is for you! I will show you a very simple way to cook this fish. I purposely will serve it with sautéed Belgian endives, which will bring some bitterness and cut down the richness of this dish.
